A LITTLE CLARITY

Your questions, answered.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Compounded medications require a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Sending a care request does not establish a provider relationship or guarantee a prescription.

What happens after I submit a request?

MIA receives your contact details to coordinate next steps with you and your prescribing provider. Clinical suitability, formulation availability, and final pricing must be confirmed separately.

Will I be charged today?

No. No card is collected and no charge is made for a care request. The uploaded catalog price list is not confirmed consumer pricing; a quote is provided before any payment.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
